Apart from putting you first, we treat your property as we do our own family properties.
We have learned from experience.
We began with our family properties and now have over 11 years of experience, backed by a network of trusted lawyers, accountants, bank managers, and builders.
So what do we do?
1. We inspect your property at least twice within four weeks and report any possible issues.
2. We check your mail and will forward any content you wish via email.
3. We arrange for our cleaners to attend before your arrival and after you leave.*
4. We will launder any items you have left at your request.*
5. We will meet deliveries at the property.
6. We will handle your administrative matters.
7. Full 24 hours, 7 days a week, contact via WhatsApp, or direct mobile
8. Keyholding and secure access.
9. You receive a monthly statement of account together with a copy of the Green Receipt for your monthly payment.
10. Bill payments. We can pay all your utility bills. Subject to account status, we will also ensure you receive a copy of each bill
before payment.
You can add personal requirements to the above list.
Our management fee is €80 per calendar month. We are not the cheapest, but our fee covers all of the above and much more. There are no extra payments for call-outs, no matter how often we need to attend. There are no surprises with Optimus Algarve. You are always informed of the cost of any item or payment request before we undertake it, and you have complete control over all expenditure. We are called Optimus for a reason.
