Apart from putting you first or treating your property as we do our own family properties.
We have learned from experience;
We began with our family properties and now have over 9 years of experience, backed by a network of trusted lawyers, accountants, bank managers, and builders.
So what do we do?
1. We inspect your property at least twice within a four-week period.
2. We check your mail and will forward any content you wish via email.
3. We arrange for our cleaners to attend before your arrival and after you leave. (Paid directly to the cleaners).
4. We will launder any items you have left.
5. We will meet deliveries at the property.
6. We will handle your administrative matters.
7. Plus much more.
You can add items to the above list.
Our management fees start at €100 per calendar month. You are always informed of the cost of any item or request before we undertake it, and you have complete control over any expenditure.
RENTAL
RENT YOUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT/VILLA THROUGH US. WHY?
We leave you with more of your rental income. Additionally, we do not top up invoices or charge a percentage.
1. We utilise multiple rental platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO, and have a growing list of returning, satisfied clients.
2. As a client, you will be given access to your property on our platform, and you will be able to see the bookings and availability
for your property live on screen.
3. We are members of ALEP (Alojamento Local em Portugal), and as part of your package, we include your holiday rental
insurance through Zurich, the certificate can be displayed within your property.
4. Much of our standard package, as offered by many other companies, will be considered extras.
5. We deal with your green receipts and the SEF registration of guests.
6. We will meet and greet 99.9% of arrivals and departures.
7. We provide a 24/7 contact service via mobile, including WhatsApp.
